In Life, as in business: Acquire, Learn, Educate, Associate, and Fulfil.

Hard work is what it takes to run a social enterprise. Hard work is what it takes to live well. As hard as it may be, there is no gain without pain.

A-LEAF started its life in 2021 with the basic idea that for citizens to live well, three things must be present in society. (1). Social policy must support citizens to live well. (2) A Professional or personal identity must be achievable for all citizens. (3) The social norms of society must be accessible to every citizen.
By mid-2023, the social triangle had become a framework for a well-being circular economy. What A-LEAF said was communities should have five or more social enterprises, each social enterprise focusing on an aspect of the framework- working with the same strategy on a page (SOAP). Then siad community can move towards a circular well-being economy.

The important point here is. The definition of social enterprise we are using is that of the social enterprise mark CIC. 50 per cent of the bottom line must be reinvested into the company or the community. The social enterprise with the competitive advantage can recycle, reuse, reduce, and remove waste to generate an income. bottom line profit goes into the community social enterprise bank. Given that all social enterprises are working towards the same SOAP- the co-production produces the outcome faster than working alone.
